All users can start with a free account that includes limited features and allows you to explore the platform before committing to a paid plan.
Lopaa AI Agent operates on a subscription-based model with multiple tiers based on usage, features, and support level. Each plan includes access to core AI features, customizable chatbot workflows, analytics tools, and integration capabilities. Higher-tier plans offer advanced capabilities such as multi-channel support (email, WhatsApp, live chat), CRM integration, and priority support.
Our pricing is designed to grow with your business. Usage-based metrics (e.g., number of interactions, AI training data size, user seats, integrations) allow you to upgrade your plan only when necessary. Downgrades and upgrades can be done from your account dashboard and will reflect in the next billing cycle.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Billing is automated and processed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. Invoices and receipts are accessible from your account dashboard. We accept major credit/debit cards and selected digital payment methods.
